Riley can no longer sit by and ignore the screams for help he hears every night, but when he decides to risk his life to save another he is met with a knife to the chest from Greg, an average man who has taken a liking to his new life as a serial killer. A mysterious figure watching Riley's encounter reveals himself to be a demon and offers Riley strength in exchange for the life of a righteous person once a year.
